【摘要】 介绍了上海市电信局城市中心监控系统的系统结构、功能,并阐述了其关键技术。

【Abstract】 This paper introduced the structure and functions of the monitor system in Shanghai Telecommunications Bureau, and expounded the key technologies in the implementation.
