【Abstract】 This article describes the way of intellectual digital video monitor system based on Internet, discusess the realizaton method of the intellectual controlling , this system is succeeful in using VC to develop the communication between 32 bit serial interface and decoder to contorl the vidicon with cradle head , and realize the local monitor and intelligent alarm runing at the same time by force of slicing CPU time.
