多机通信的纸杯成型机控制系统设计与实现

【摘要】 讨论了一个基于ＲＳ－４８５总线的上、下位多机通信纸杯成型机控制系统的设计思想和实现技术。对上、下位多机系统中通信接口和组帧与通信协议的设计、上位机Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ环境下外设Ｉ／Ｏ端口直接输入输出技术、下位机温度控制ＰＩＤ算法都进行了详细的讨论。

【Abstract】 This paper has discussesd the design thought and implementation of Multi-computer paper cup molding machine control system based on RS-485 bus. The paper has also illustrated in details the interface design, communication protocol, framing design used in multi-computer system, amid the methods of direct access I/O port on upside PC under windows environment. In the end, the PID temperature control algorithm has been discussed.
