【摘要】 结合OOGIS应用系统山东近岸海域环境信息系统的实现,提出一种将面向对象()技术与传统技术相结合的设计GIS""Object-OrientedGIS思想,从而建立一种基于模型的系统。

【Abstract】 This paper presents a designing idea combining OO and GIS that is used in "Ocean Environment Information Management System of Shandong", and then builds a GIS based on OO model.
