【Abstract】 The Command Center Geography Information System introduced in this paper is an integrated geography information system that not only takes advantage of the technology of database and data communication, but also provides the function of intelligent decision-making. The system also profits from object-oriented developing method, because it’s developed by Visual C++, embedded with the MapX component, one of the products from MapInfo Corp.,and based on a set of data communication foundation class developed by ourselves. The system has already been put into practice for over a year at Hangzhou City Emergency Succor Command Center, and has got lots of good comments since then. ;更多还原
