【摘要】 出租车行业税控问题一直难以解决。在IC卡技术广泛应用到金融、保险、通信、交通各领域背景下，提出了利用51系列芯片和智能IC卡开发的一套新型税控出租车计价系统。

【Abstract】 Tax control of taxi has been a puzzle problem for years.While IC Card technology is widely applied in some fields as finance,assurance,telecommunication,traffic, a new system for taxi rent-calculating is introduced,which integrates both 51 series microprocessor and smart IC card technology.
