【摘要】 阐述了信息系统开发的复杂性，以及开发过程中所遇到的一些问题；提出了将统一建模语言应用于信息系统设计和开发的方法，并以实例阐述了信息系统中3层数据处理的设计和实现。

【Abstract】 In this article I introduced the complexity of information system and problems in the development of information system. I also introduced a method to design and develop information system with UML-assistance, and enumerate an example to explain the design and implementation of three-tied information system data processing with UML-assistance.
