企业兼并中的文化效应分析
On Cultural Effect in Enterprise Annexation
【摘要】 对企业文化在兼并中的作用与文化协同效应进行分析，提出企业兼 并过程 中应 当重视从企业文化角度出发进行兼并对象的选择。
【Abstract】 Analyses the role of enterprise culture and the effect of cult ura l coordination in enterprise annexation ,and presents that the selection of a nn exed targets should be paid attention to from the point of enterprise culture i n enterprise annexation.
