【摘要】 文章设计并实现了以Ｃ／Ｓ结构为基础的杭州河合电器有限公司管理信息系统，详细介绍了系统结构、系统功能模块划分和设计方法。

【Abstract】 This paper proposes and designs the managment information system for Hangzhou Kawai Electricity Ltd based on client/server structure, introduces in detail the systemstructure, the division of system fuction and design methods.
