淮河沙颖河段水质预报系统的设计与实现
Design and Implementation of Water Quality Prediction Systems of Shaying River
【摘要】 沙颖河流域两岸的小工业企业很多,水质指标COD、BOD、NH3-N、NO3-N、DO平均浓度大大超过了国家《污水综合排放标准》三级标准,是淮河水系污染最为严重的的一级大支流,也是我国水质预报难点之一。该文利用已有的数据和经验,参考 MIKE11-河流和水道模型系统,珠江口三角洲网河与伶仃洋多口门衔接水利计算等模型,根据沙颖河具体的水质特点,提出了一个水质模型,并在此基础上设计和实现了沙颖河段水质预报系统。其目的是通过预报,制定因沙颍河污水突然下泄时下游应采取的相应措施,为防污决策人员提供科学的数据,以便下游采取措施进行防范,减轻淮河干流水质污染。实践证明,该系统达到了设计要求。
【Abstract】 With many small industrial corporations along its banks,Shaying River,whose water quality indexes such as COD、BOD、NH3-N、NO3-N、DO have by far exceeded the third criterion of the national "General Drainage Standard of Polluted Water",is the most polluted branch of the Huaihe River water system and is a nodus of water pollution prediction in China. Using the existing datas and experiences,along with references to the MIKE-11 system of riverchannel model and many other models,we bring forward a water quality model and,based on this model,we design and implement the water quality prediction system of Shaying River. Our aim is,through prediction,to supply scientific datas for pollution-defence-decision-makers, so that defense steps can be carried out at the lower reaches to reduce the pollution of the artery of Huaihe River. Practices shows that the system has reached the aim.
