【Abstract】 In this paper, the principal characteristics,and the disadvantages of Genetic Algorithm and BP algorithm are first introduced,thus a new mixed intelligent algorithm on combination of genetic algorithm and back propagation algorithm and its application to digital image recognition are proposed.
