高能脉冲等离子扫描电沉积ZrO2/Y2O3陶瓷涂层
Studies on the Technology of ZrO2/Y2O3 Ceramic Coating by High-Energy Pulse Plasma Continuous Scanning Electrodeposition
【摘要】 用高能脉冲等离子扫描电沉积技术在 1Cr1 8Ni9Ti不锈钢表面制备ZrO2 Y2 O3复合陶瓷涂层 ,以提高材料的抗高温氧化性能。陶瓷涂层的表面质量与多项工艺参数有关 ,通过不同工艺条件下获得的涂层性能对比分析优选出了满意的工艺参数 ,并分析了相应的作用机理。
【Abstract】 The ZrO 2/Y 2O 3 ceramic coating films on the surface of stainless alloy 1Cr18Ni9Ti were obtained by high energy pulse plasma continuous scanning electrodeposition.The alloy’s high temperature oxidation resistance was improved obviously. Stisfactory properties of coating film were subject to optimal processing conditions which have been found by comparisaon and analysis of the coating film properties under different experimental processing conditions. Also the coating mechanism was disscussed.
