公路系统科技进步作用指标体系测算方法的研究

【摘要】 根据科技进步作用理论,结合山东省公路系统的具体现状,建立了一套公路系统科技进步状况综合指标体系,并对我省公路系统的科技进步水平进行了评价分析。

【Abstract】 In accordance with the theory of the scientific and technical advance operation and the practical conditions of Shandong highway system, a comprehensive index evaluation system of the scientific and technical advance conditions has been set up in the highway system, and the scientific and technical advance level of Shandong highway system has also been evaluated and analyzed.
