【摘要】 目的 :为给前臂部创伤修复及肌瓣移植提供形态学依据。方法 :采用解剖剥离测量方法 ,对 2 5具 (共 5 0例 )成人上肢标本的桡神经浅层肌支进行自身比例定位研究。结果 :①桡神经发出的各肌支主要以 2支型出现率最多 ;②桡神经发出的各肌支主要集中于上肢的Ⅵ段 ;③桡神经发出的各肌支进入各肌门的区位 ,均有倾向于以神经干为轴心近距离分布的规律。结论 :确定了桡神经肌支的危险区段和危险区位 ,有利于开展带神经血管蒂肌瓣移植的肌支类型。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim: To provides morphological data for the injury repair and transplantation of the muscular flap in the anterior arm. Methods: An auto-proportion localization study of the superficial muscualr branches of radial nerve was studied in 25 adults by dissection. Results: The results showed that first, the bi-trunk type was of maximal incidence in the muscular branches of radial nerve.Second, the superficial muscular branches of radial nerve mainly located in the fouth segments in the anterier arm. Third, the regions which the superficial muscular branches of radial nerve go into were distributed closely to the nerve trunk. Conclusions: It is suggested to the dangerous segments and the dangerous region of the superficial muscular branches of radial nerve. The type of the muscular flap with nerves and blood vesseles which is favour to be transplanted was discussed.更多还原
