【摘要】 详细归纳、总结了目前己经成功用于制造金属 /陶瓷零件的各种方法 ,结合具体研究实例 ,依据转换法 (Transfer)和间接法 (Indirect)两大类 ,分类讨论了用RP技术制造金属 /陶瓷零件和模具方法。首先 ,根据转换法制造过程的特点 ,分类叙述了其成形工艺 ,并对该方法的特点和寿命进行了评判。对间接法 ,根据不同的成形系统 ,总结了成形金属 /陶瓷件和模具的最新进展。最后 ,提出了未来研究和发展的方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 All kinds of successful rapid manufacturing metal/ceramic parts based on RP were introduced in detail,summed and discussed in this paper according to transfer and indirect, and combining with specific application examples in our study. In the first, the processes of transfer were classified and introduced based on the feature of manufacturing process, and the character and natural life of each method are judged. Then the most new evolvement of the indirect manufacturing metal/ceramic parts is presented depending on every kind of commercial RP systems.Future direction of research and development is analyzed finally .更多还原
