【Abstract】 The process of production and exchange of commodity is unite of commodity flowing, goods flowing and information flowing, it can’t cany on normally without effective and high - speed goods flowing system. So the function and potentiality of goods flowing is paid more attention by society and enterprise circle, the goods flowing is called "the third profit source" after the labour and the natural resources.
