林蛙多糖(TCPS)提取工艺的初步研究

【摘要】 以中国林蛙的蛙头为原料 ,通过正交试验确定了提取林蛙多糖 (TCPS)的适宜条件为 :酶制剂用量为2 0 % ,pH值为 9 0 ,水解温度为 5 0℃ ,水解时间为 6h。最后 ,TCPS粗提物的产率按鲜组织计算约达 1 4 % ,高于其他条件的 2～ 3倍

【Abstract】 The optimal condition for Temperaria chensinensis polysaccharides(TCPS) extraction from the head of Chinese forest frog was with 20% of enzyme preparation, at pH 9 0 and 50℃ for 6 hours, which was determined through the positive crossing test. The yield of TCPS crude product was about 1 4%,which was 2～3 times higher than other conditions.
