低压缺氧大鼠心肌细胞超微结构的改变
Changes in ultrastructure of cardiac muscle cells of rats exposed to hypoxia and low pressure
【摘要】 目的 观察在 7.0km高度的不同缺氧时间Wister大鼠心肌细胞超微结构的改变。方法 Wister大鼠 30只 ,随机分为缺氧 10d组 ,缺氧 2 0d组和对照组 ;将缺氧组大鼠置入低压舱内 ,上升到 7.0km高度 ,停留 1.5h ,每天 1次。对照组和缺氧 10d组在缺氧 10d后处死 ,缺氧 2 0d组在缺氧 2 0d后处死 ;将心肌组织制备成超薄切片 ,用JEM 12 0 0EX透射电镜观察超微结构的改变。结果 低压缺氧可导致心肌肌丝松散、线粒体肿胀、嵴缺失、空化等现象 ,短时间处于低压缺氧环境的大鼠 ,心肌细胞超微结构改变明显。结论 低压缺氧可导致大鼠心肌细胞超微结构的改变。
【Abstract】 Objective To observe the changes in ultrastructure of the cardiac muscle cells at the altitude of 7.0 km in different time of hypoxia in Wistar rats(WRs).Methods 30 WRs were randomly divided into 3 groups:control group,10 day hypoxia group and 20 day hypoxia group.The WRs of the hypoxia groups were put into hypoxia house with low pressure which was raised to the altitude of 7.0 km for 1.5 h/d.The WRs in the control group and 10 day hypoxia group were killed after 10 days while those in the 20 day hypoxia group were killed after 20 days.The tissues of cardiac muscle were made into ultrathin slice and then the changes in ultrastructure were observed under JEM 1200 EX transmission electron microscope(TEM).Results Hypobaric hypoxia may lead to fluff of cardiac muscle myofilament,mitochondrial awelling,mitochondrial crista disappeared and vacant area.There are significant changes in ultrastructure of cardiac muscle cell under the situation of short time hypoxia and low pressure.Conclusion Hypobaric hypoxia may lead to changes in ultrastructure of cardiac muscle cells in WRs.
