【摘要】 本文采用艾森克个性问卷和应付方式问卷对急性白血病患者和健康人进行对照研究 ,结果表明 :急性白血病患者 N分显著高于健康对照组 ,提示患者具有明显的神经质倾向 ,存在人格缺陷 ;解决问题因子分显著低于健康组 ,而自责、幻想和退避因子分均显著高于健康组 ,提示患者常以自责、幻想和退避方式来应付困难和挫折 ,较少使用解决问题这类积极的应付方式 ,行为人格特征均缺乏稳定性。人格缺陷和不恰当的应付方式与白血病的发生发展有一定的相关性更多还原

【Abstract】 Eysenck personality questionnaires and coping style questionnaires were used to study the patients with acute leukemia and health persons.The results showed that N scores of the acute leukemia group were significantly higher than that of the health control group.It demonstrated that the patients had tendency of neuroticism and personality deficiency.The score of problem solving,self-reproach,fancy and avoidance were significantly different from that of the health people.It demonstrated that patients with acute leukemia were used to use immature coping styles,such as self-reproach,fancy and avoidance instead of using problem solving.It could be concluded that personality deficiency and unsuitable coping styles may be related to the occurrence,development and prognosis of leukemia.更多还原
