【摘要】 目的 比较常用各种麻醉,探讨老年人最佳手术麻醉方法。方法 对75例老年人各类手术麻醉选择及术前用药、术中管理、麻醉并发症的预防及处理进行分析。结果 硬膜外麻醉较为安全可靠,它具有阻滞范围易掌握,肌肉松弛好,生理影响小,康复快等优点。结论 掌握好老年人生理特点,硬膜外麻醉仍为多数老年人的手术麻醉方法。更多还原
