【摘要】 根据自我效能感理论,对大学生的自我效能感及学业成就动机面临新的发展和变化进行了探讨,并提出了激励大学生学业成就动机的具体方法。

【Abstract】 According to the theory of self-efficiency,this ar- ticle explores the development and changes in the university students’ self-efficiency and achievement motivation.It also advances some specific methods for inspiring students.
