【Abstract】 Taking a successful corporation——CSCEC Construction Co., Ltd. for example, this paper points out that the enterprise’s development must be in harmony with the clerks and that the development of corporation must rely on the clerks’. The reciprocal development needs a kind of enterprise culture. The clerks’ value tropism should be in harmony with the corporation’s by the conformity power of the enterprise culture and clerks to promote the corporation toward a new height. For the above-mentioned reasons, the author puts forward some viewpoints on enterprise spirit, enterprise view of value and clerks’ action rule, and gives a detailed annotation on the three aspects.
