利用8-羟基喹啉与碱性品红的重氮偶联反应光度法测定水中亚硝酸根

【摘要】 研究了形成碱性品红亚硝酸根－８－羟基喹啉显色体系的重氮偶联反应，所生成的偶氮染料在４９０ｕｍ处有最大吸收ＮＯ２分别在０．２－３０μｇ／２５ ｍＬ范围内服从比尔定律，从而建立了测定亚硝酸根的新方法．用于实际水样的测定，结果满意．

【Abstract】 The diazo-coupling reactions between fuchsin-nitrite and 8-hydroxyquinoline are investigated. The azo-dye has a maximum absorbance at 502 nm. The density of NO2- is coincident with Beer’s law in the range of 0 .2-30μg/25 mL so that a new method of determining NO2 -- is set up. This method is applied to the determination of nitrite in water with satisfactory results.
