【Abstract】 In this paper an ingenious method called sectorial phasor diagram is introduced for analyzing diffraction pattern of binary optical element.Employing this diagram the equation of intensity distribution is derived in a manner more straightforward and convenient.It shows its advantage and potential for solving diffraction technique problems,such as designing and improving optical devices.更多还原
