【摘要】 目的探讨锌与婴幼儿健康成长的关系。方法对有关锌与婴幼儿健康的文献资料的综合分析。结果锌对婴幼儿健康有明显营养及生理功能,缺锌会导致低出生体重儿和婴幼儿的生长发育停滞,智力低下,学习记忆力减退。结论孕妇营养中要补锌,提倡母乳喂养,儿童宜多吃含锌的动物食品。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective：To discuss the relation betwee n zinc ad infant ’ s health development．Methods：The material relevant to zinc and ifnant ’ s health were analysed and combined．Results：Zinc has the obvious nutritious and p hysiological function to in－fants，for the lack of zinc would resu lt in low birth weight newborn，slow d evelopment，poor intelligence and m emory．Conclusion：pregnant women should absorb more zinc．Breast feeding should be encoura ged and children should take more ani mal food with rich zinc．更多还原
