【Abstract】 Starting from the concept of spatial light modulator, the development history about liquid crystal spatial light modulators is introduced. The feasibility for using liquid crystal as phase only spatial light modulator is analyzed and summarized theoretically and experimentally. The conclusion that the previous researchers has done is discussed and some valuble conclusions are drawn.更多还原
