【Abstract】 In developing an IP phone, the testing of its functions, performance, and interoperability is essential. Speech quality, number of users supported and interoperability of various IP phone systems operated in the same environment may be different. Unfortunately, there isn’t a standard method to evaluate different IP phone systems yet.
