【摘要】 为探讨基质金属蛋白酶 (matrixmetalloproteinases,MMPs)及其组织型基质金属蛋白酶抑制因子(tissueinhibitorofmetalloproteinase,TIMP)的表达与人大肠癌转移及其预后的关系 ,利用S P免疫组化方法 ,检测了 41例大肠癌组织中MMP 2、MMP 9及TIMP 1的表达情况 ,并应用计算机图像分析系统作定量分析。结果显示 ,在肿瘤组织中MMP 2、MMP 9及TIMP 1的表达量明显高于正常大肠组织 ;淋巴结转移的组织中 ,MMP 2、MMP 9及TIMP 1的表达量明显高于非淋巴结转移的组织 ,三者高表达水平与大肠癌的进展有关 ,并且预后不良。提示基质金属蛋白酶及其抑制物与大肠癌转移及预后密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 To investigate the relationship of the expressions of matrix metalloproteinases(MMPs) and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase (TIMP) with metastasis and prognosis in colorectal cancer. Using S P immunohistochemistry method to detect the expressions of MMPs and TIMP in 41 cases of colorectal cancer. The expression levels were analyzed quantitatively by computer image analysis system. The results showed that the expression of MMP 2,MMp 9 and TIMP 1 was higher than those in normal epithelial mucosa. In the cases with metastasis to lymph node, the expressions of MMP 2 and MMP 9 TIMP 1 were significantly higher than that of cases without metastasis.The high expressions of the three factors are closely correlated with the progression and poor prognosis of colorectal cancer. It suggested that expressions of MMPs and TIMP are closely related with metastasis and prognosis in colorectal cancer.更多还原
