PLC级式编程技术在电梯上的应用

【摘要】 在PLC电梯控制系统中,电梯的使用功能通过控制软件来实现。为了使控制软件与电梯的运行动作有较好的对应关系,便于调试和维护,本文介绍了一种级式编程技术的方法,具体讨论了电梯的正常运行方式、消防运行方式和检修运行方式的级设计的方案,并在电梯实验平台上对该方案进行了验证。实验证明,采用级式编程技术,控制软件与工序动作有较好的对应关系,结构模块化,编制和调试效率高。与梯形图相比,软件语句少,扫描时间短,实时性较强。

【Abstract】 In an elevator PLC control system, the elevator* s function is done by means of the control software. In order to make the software to be corresponding to movements and sequences of the elevator performance properly and easy debug-ging and maintaining the software, a stage programming method is introduced in this paper. And a stage design scheme is discussed concretely, the scheme is dealt with several operation mode of the elevator: normal mode, fire-protection mode and maintenance mode, and it has been tested on an elevator experimental device. It is proved by the experiment that the stage programming method makes the PLC control software have a good corresponding relationship with the working sequences of the elevator, and makes the software modularized in its structure, and makes the programming and debugging work more ef-ficiently. Compared with the ladder programming method, the software edited by this method has less sentences, little scan-sing time and higher effective performance on real-time control.
