浅析工程建设标准强制性条文
The Tentative Analysis of Engineering Construction Compulsory Clause
【摘要】 文章全面阐述了发布工程建设标准强制性条文的意义,指出发布工程建设标准强制性条文是进一步加强房屋建筑质量的保证,是实行处罚的依据,也是工程建设标准体制深化改革的起点。最后,对贯彻工程建设标准强制性条文提出改进意见。
【Abstract】 This paper expounds the significance of issuing the engineering construction compulsory clause. And then the improved notions to carry out engineering construction compulsory clause are set forth.
