乙腈加氢制乙胺类化合物

【摘要】 利用生产丙烯腈的副产物乙腈制乙胺类化合物是一条有潜力的工艺路线。研制了用于乙腈制乙胺的高效加氢催化剂 ,详细考察了工艺条件的影响 ,获得了满意的结果。在最佳工艺条件下 ,乙腈的转化率接近 1 0 0 % ,产物中乙胺的质量分数小于 1 % ,三乙胺和二乙胺的比例可通过改变工艺条件进行调节 ;催化剂稳定性很好 ,乙腈中含水 1 0 %对结果无影响。与其他方法比较 ,该工艺是几乎不产生污染物的绿色技术

【Abstract】 The technology for the preparation of ethylamines from the hydrogenation of acetonitrile was a potential way to use the main by-product acetonitrile in the production of acrylonitrile from the ammoxidation of propene.A high performance catalyst was prepared for the hydrogenation of acetonitrile in gas phase and the effects of reaction conditions were studied.The results showed that the conversion of acetonitrile was almost 100% at the optimum conditions,the content of mono-ethylamine in the product was less than 1% and the ratio of triethylamine and diethylamine could be adjusted by changing the reaction conditions.The stability of the catalyst was good,and up to 10% of water in acetonitrile had no effect on the performance of catalyst.As compared with other processes for preparing ethylamines,the hydrogenation of acetonitrile was a real green technology with little emission of pollutants.
