改性的固体超强酸催化合成氯乙酸异丙酯
Catalytic synthesis of isopropyl chloroacetate by modified solid super acid
【摘要】 用固体超强酸SO42 -/TiO2 -NiO催化氯乙酸和异丙醇合成氯乙酸异丙酯 ,研究了各种因素对产物收率的影响 ,确定了反应的最佳条件 :硫酸浸泡浓度为 1mol/L,焙烧温度为 40 0℃ ,催化剂中最佳钛镍比为 3∶1 ,酸、醇的物质的量之比为 1∶3 ,反应时间为 5h,催化剂与酸的质量比为 3 8mg/g ,反应温度为回流温度 ,酯收率可达 84.8%。
【Abstract】 Isopropyl chloroacetate was catalytic synthesized by modified solid super acid SO 4 2- /TiO 2- NiO using chloroacetic acid and isopropanol. The effects on the reaction were discussed, and the optimal reaction conditions were also obtained, concentration of H 2SO 4 1.0 mol/L,calcination temperature 400 ℃, the optimum mole ratio of Ti/Ni was 3/1;acid/alcohol was 1/3;reaction time 5 h, catalyst 3.8% of acid mass and the yield of ester reached 84.8%.
