【摘要】 对比了包头钢铁 (集团 )公司炼钢厂 80 t顶底复合吹炼转炉和顶吹氧气转炉的冶金效果。结果表明 :底吹气体对钢水的搅拌作用远大于顶吹氧气。采用顶底复合吹炼工艺后 ,不仅钢水成分和温度更均匀、吹炼更平稳、而且钢水终点残余锰含量提高。由于吹炼时间、氧气消耗量及炉渣中的Fe O含量都有所降低 ,因此金属收得率提高。另外 ,通过适当提高炉渣碱度 ,该工艺还可取得较好的脱磷效果

【Abstract】 The metallurgical effects of 80 t top blowing and combined blowing oxygen converters at Baotou Iron and Steel Co have been investigated. The stirring intensity of bottom blowing is greater than that of top blowing. The content and temperature of molten metal are homogeneous, and smelting process is stable for combined blowing oxygen converter. Decreasing of blowing oxygen time, oxygen consumption and FeO content in slag can increases yield of metal. In addition, the content of remained Manganese increases. High efficiency of dephosphorization can be obtained by increasing properly basicity of slag.
