分光光度法测定水中微量草酸盐
Spectrophotometric determination of microoxalate in water samples
【摘要】 研究了在酸性介质中 ,锌与草酸的还原反应 ,生成的乙醛酸与盐酸苯肼反应生成乙醛酸苯腙 ,而苯肼转化为重氮盐后与乙醛酸苯腙反应生成粉红色偶氮化合物。据此建立了分光光度法测定微量草酸盐的分析方法。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the deoxidizing reaction of Zine and oxalic acid in acidic medium is researched The glyoxylate ,which is generated in it, reacts with phenylhydrazine hydrochloride and generates glyoxy phenylhyarazone Whereas, after phenylhyarazone inversing diazo salt, it reacts with glyoxy phenylhyarazone generates pink azocompound Based on these reactions, the analytic method called spectrophotometric determination of microoxalate is presented Tested by simulation and water samples, the results are good and completely acceptable
