微小流量大气采样器自动检定装置的研究

【摘要】 介绍了微小流量大气采样器自动检定装置的检测原理 ,给出了该检定装置用于计算的数学模型 ,主要通过对各分量标准不确定度进行分析和计算 ,得到该检定装置测量的扩展不确定度 ,并证明建立该自动检定装置适用于微小流量大气采样器的检定工作
