【摘要】 目的　探讨平阳霉素和地塞米松联合注射治疗口腔颌面部海绵状血管瘤的疗效。方法　 5 2例患者采用平阳霉素和地塞米松联合用药 ,对大而广泛的瘤体 ,压迫阻断血流后注射治疗 ;4 8例患者应用 5 %鱼肝油酸钠瘤体注射治疗 ,作为对照组。结果　随访 6～ 2 4个月 ,治疗组临床治愈率 92 .3% ,总有效率 10 0 % ;对照组临床治愈率 6 2 .5 % ,总有效率 79.17%。治疗组与对照组比较P <0 .0 5。结论　平阳霉素和地塞米松联合注射治疗口腔颌面部海绵状血管瘤是目前首选的理想办法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effects of Pinyangmycin and Dexamethasonum injected on the treatment of cavernous hemangioma in maxillofacial regions. Methods Pinyangmycin and Dexamethasonum was used together in 52 patients with cavernous hemangioma. 5% Sodium morrhuate were used in 48 patients of the control group. The big tumor was injected after obstruction of the bloodstream. Results 52 patients were followed up for 6～24 months. The clinical recovery rate was 92.3% and the total effective rate was 100% in the treatment group. The clinical recovery rate was 62.5% and the total effective rate was 79.17% in the control group. Conclusion This method is the first therapy to treat cavernous hemangioma in maxillofacial regions.更多还原
