【摘要】 目的　及时对症治疗 ,减少流行性腮腺炎并发症、后遗证。方法　用青霉素、病毒唑、双黄连综合治疗控制病毒、细菌感染 ,并针对并发症辅之以降颅压、营养脑细胞、营养心肌 ,保护肝肾功能等治疗。结果　本组 6 5例 ,除有 1例因并发脊髓炎死亡 ,其余全部治愈 ,未发现有后遗症。结论　加强腮腺炎疫苗的接种 ,以防儿童发病。一旦发病 ,应对症处理 ,并积极治疗并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To give the patient expectant treatment timely and decrease complications and sequel caused by epidemic parotitis. Methods The viruses and bacterial infection were treated and controlled with penicillin,nirazole and biberberine.According to complications the intracranial pressure was descended,the cerebral cells and cardiac muscles were nurtured,and the hepato-renal functions were protected.Results In the group of 65 patients 64 were cured except one death because of complicated polio myelitis. The curative effect was satisfactory.Conclusion We should strengthen parotitic vaccination in order to prevent child attack.Once an attack is found we should give the patient expectant treatment and treat comyiti cations actively.更多还原
