【摘要】 本文论述了从法律上完善环境保护自卫权的必要性 ,并从“国家干预”和“经济刺激”相结合的理论出发 ,探讨了环境保护自卫权实现的四条途径

【Abstract】 This paper discusses the importance of improving the environmental protection self_defense right in law. Starting from the theory of the combination of state interference and economic stimulation, it discusses four approaches to its implementation.
