【摘要】 用VC 6 .0编制的鸭蛋大小及蛋心颜色自动分级系统软件由初始化模块、启动停止模块、图像采集模块、图像处理模块、信号I O模块及系统日志模块组成。初始化模块完成图像采集卡和数字量I O卡的初始化 ;启动停止模块建立和消亡用于监控光室状况和进行图像处理与分析的线程 ;信号I O模块将获得的分级信号送到分级执行机构 ,同时也将鸭蛋到达光室信号反馈至计算机 ;图像采集模块将CCD摄取的鸭蛋图像由图像采集卡采集到主机内存中 ;图像处理模块对主机内存中的图像进行分析后得出分级信息 ;系统日志模块记录系统的启动运行情况和当前系统检测鸭蛋的数量。系统软件运行试验结果表明 ,软件工作稳定可靠 ,大小分级误差± 3g ,颜色分级准确度达 90 %以上更多还原

【Abstract】 An automatic grading system of duck egg bulk and yolk color based on machine vision has been developed. The system software with VC 6.0 consists of six modules. They are the initializing module, the start up and halt module, the image collecting module, the image processing module, the signal I/O module and the system log module individually. Each module carries out a different function. The functions include initializing image collecting block and digital I/O block, setting up or end the line order to inspect the circumstance of light chamber and process the egg image, collecting, analyzing and processing the image, delivering the grading signal and sending the signal of the arrival of duck egg as a feedback to computer as well as reporting the working cases of the system and examining the amount of the detected egg. The test result of the system software indicates that the system software works credibily and the grading accuracy was 90% with a deflection of ±3 g.\;更多还原
