【Abstract】 The status of oil storage and transportation in inland refineries is analyzed, and a Web based management decision support system of oil storage and transportation is implemented. The advance technology of ActiveX, ASP, ADO and graphics are applied in this system. The dynamic and real-time information of oil tankers steered in the Changjiang River can be shown, the remote information about oil transportation and the state of the oil storage bases are reflected. The dynamic simulation, high efficient data access and graphic operation interface are the characteristic of the system.更多还原
