四角燃烧锅炉无烟煤与烟煤混烧的试验研究
Combustion Study on Blended Coal of Bituminous and Anthracite in Tangential Fired Boiler
【摘要】 通过实验室热重试验测定了无烟煤与不同烟煤按1∶1混合后的燃烧特性并介绍了其混煤在110 t/h四角燃烧锅炉上进行试烧的工业试验情况分析了该混煤在燃烧过程中出现的稳燃问题和燃尽问题并提出了无烟煤与烟煤的混合燃用应注意的方面和可采取的措施。
【Abstract】 :Blended pulverized coal combustion characters have been determined by the thermogravimetric method.The blends consist of anthracite and different kinds of bituminous according ratio 1∶1.The experiments of the blended coal combustion in 110t/h tangential fired boiler show that the blend coal with higher volatile matter and lower ash has better ignition and combustion character.The fire stability and burnout are more important during the blended coal used in power plant boiler.
