【摘要】 本文探讨二色桌片参糖蛋白 GPMI- 和 GPMI- 对小鼠移植性肿瘤 S180 的抑制作用以及对荷瘤小鼠肝脾等器官重量的影响。实验结果显示 ,经蛋白酶水解后的糖蛋白 GPMI- 在剂量 2 0μg· g-1时小鼠肉瘤S180 有较显著的抑制作用 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,抑瘤率达 4 8.8%。同时发现 ,GPMI- 在 30μg· g-1剂量下可显著增加荷瘤小鼠的脾指数 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,GPMI- 在 4 0 μg· g-1剂量下能够显著降低荷瘤小鼠肝指数 (P<0 .0 5 )。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this study,two kinds of glycoproteins GPMI Ⅰ and GPMI Ⅱ were extractyed from sea cucuber Mensamaria intercedens.Their anti tumor activity to mice implanted tumor S 180 were evaluated in vivo by anti tumor assay.The results indicated that GPMI Ⅱ could significantly inhibit the growth of S 180 cells implanted subcutaneously in mice ( P <0.05) at the dose of 20μg·g -1 per day×10 with no sign of toxicity.The ratio of tumor inhibition is 48.8% in S 180 mice.The effects appear to be dose related.On the other hand, GPMI Ⅰ increases the weight of spleen of mice with S 180 cells at the dose of 30μg·g -1 per day×10 . GPMI Ⅱ decreases the weight of liver of mice with S 180 cells at the dose of 40μg·g -1 per day×10 .更多还原
