【摘要】 在现代体操教学中 ,心理训练是不可缺少的重要组成部分。通过文献资料法、逻辑分析法、专家访谈等方法 ,探讨了想象训练在体操教学中的应用

【Abstract】 Psychological training has become an important part in modern gymnastics education. This paper,based on the documents?inquires of experts and sociological statistics and discusses the application of imagination training in gymnastics teaching.
