【摘要】 目的　用体外培养法研究矿物质提取物MICOM及中药提取物AN4对肝脏肿瘤细胞生长的抑制作用。方法　采用MTT法进行研究。结果　细胞在MICOM、AN4处理 72h后 ,测得MICOM的IC50 为 9.32 μg/ml。结论　矿物质提取物MICOM在体外可有效抑制HLE细胞的生长 ,而AN4在体外抑制细胞生长作用不明显更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the anticancer effects of MICOM (mineral extract) and TCD(traditional Chinese drug) extract AN4 on growth inhibition in HLE tumor cells. Methods HLE cells were treated with MICOM and AN4 at different concentration. The effects of MICOM and AN4 were observed by MTT assay. Results After HLE cells were treated by MICOM and AN4, the growth of tumor cells were inhibited in vitro . IC 50 of MICOM was 9.32μg/ml after HLE cells were treated with MICOM for 72h.Conclusion MICOM can inhibit the proliferation of HLE cell significantly, while the effect of AN4 is not obvious.更多还原
