【摘要】 目的：建立益心丹片中大黄素含量测定方法。方法：用ＨＰＬＣ法测定，选用 Ｎｕｃｌｅｏｓｉｌ　ＯＤＳ分析柱（４．６ ｍｍ×２５０ｍｍ，５μｍ），流动相：甲醇－０．１％磷酸（８５：１５），检测波长 ２８６ｎｍ，流速为 １．０ｍｌ·ｍｉｎ－１，柱温为室温。结果：该法简便、灵敏、准确。线性范围０．０４～０．４μｇ（ｒ＝０．９９９８）。平均回收率９８．６５％，ＲＳＤ为１．３５％（ｎ＝５）。结论：建立的定量方法可用于益心丹片的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To establich the method of determination of the content of emodin in Yixin Dan tablets. METHODS: HPLC was used, the HPLC system consisted of Nucleosil ODS column (4.6 mm ×250 mm, 5 μp),methanol- 0.1% phosphoric acid (85: 15) mixture as mobile phase, with detection at 286 nm, flow rate 1. 0 ml·min-1 and column temperature at room temperature. RESULTS; This method was simple, sensitive and accurate. The linear range was 0.04 - 0.40 μg (r = 0.9998). The mean recovery was 98.Q%,RSD= 1.35%.
