【摘要】 目的 :制备阿苯达唑 β 环糊精包合物 ,考察了有关性质。方法 :采用逆向搅拌法制备阿苯达唑的 β 环糊精包合物 ,用紫外分光光度法测定阿苯达唑、包合物的溶解度、溶出度。结果 :经空白对照、X 射线衍射图谱、差示扫描量热等方法证明 ,阿苯达唑与 β 环糊精已形成包合物 ,包合物的溶解度是原药的 10倍 ,溶出度明显高于阿苯达唑原药。结论 :阿苯达唑 β 环糊精包合物可提高阿苯达唑的溶解度、溶出度。更多还原
