【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To study the preparation of paclitaxel entrapped liposomes (LTAX) and evaluate its quality.METHODS:The liposomes were prepared by reverse phase evaporation method (REV) .The morphology of LTAX, the entrapment efficiency and the pH were investigated.RESULTS:The liposomes were spherical with mean size of 379 nm and the extent of entrapment of the LTAX was 98.08%.The pH was 7.16.CONCLUSION:The technology of preparation of paclitaxel liposomes is practicable and successful.更多还原
