【摘要】 目的　探讨白细胞介素 - 6(IL- 6)与牙周炎活动性的关系。方法　应用 EL ISA免疫夹心法检测牙周炎活动期 2 9颗患牙和静止期 31颗患牙龈沟液 (GCF)中 IL- 6的含量。结果　活动期患牙组龈沟液中 IL- 6的浓度 (10 .65± 2 2 .0 5 ng/ ml)显著高于静止期患牙组 (1.73± 0 .5 3ng/ ml,P<0 .0 5 )。结论　牙周炎患牙龈沟液中 IL- 6的水平可以作为判断牙周炎活动期的一个指标更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To reveal the relationship between IL 6 and the activity of periodontitis. Methods The concentration of IL 6 in gingival crevicular fluid (GCF) was measure by ELISA. Sixty teeth from 39 patients with adult periodontitis were sampled, among which there were 29 teeth in active phase, while the rest were in non active phase. Results Significant difference was found in the level of IL 6 in GCF between the active group(10.65±22.05ng/ml) and the non active group (1.73±0.53ng/ml, P< 0.05). Conclusion The level of IL 6 in GCF may be a useful indicator of the activity of periodontitis.更多还原
