【摘要】 本文报告了固相标记假尿嘧啶核苷方法。用苯乙酸作偶联剂 ,以巯基树脂为载体 ,利用硫与汞的高效率结合 ,对假尿嘧啶核苷进行间接标记 (I12 5)。最后采用高压液相色谱分离 ,标记率为 40～ 5 0 %更多还原

【Abstract】 A new method to label pseudouuridine is described,phenylacetic acid being used as coupling agent,and hydrosulfo resin as solid carrier because of the high efficiency of combination of S Hg.After indirectly labeling Pseudouuridine( 125 I),the labeled Pseudouuridine is obtained and is separated by HPLC.The rate of labeling is 40～50%.更多还原
