【摘要】 [目的 ]观察二氧化氯对霍乱弧菌的杀灭作用。 [方法 ]以本实验室保存的来自病人的O1群和养鳖池O13 9群霍乱菌株作为实验菌 ,按照GB 195 81-1995操作。[结果 ]二氧化氯 2 2 5mg/L和 45 0mg/L作用 2min ,对霍乱弧菌的杀灭率分别达到 99 99%和 10 0 %。有机物的存在会明显降低杀菌率 ;在 pH 6 0和pH 8 5的鱼塘水模拟水样中 ,二氧化氯 2 2 5mg/L作用 2 0min或 45 0mg/L作用 2min ,对霍乱弧菌的杀灭率达 10 0 % ,明显高于水中其它细菌。[结论 ]二氧化氯适合于霍乱疫源地尤其是水产养殖池污染霍乱弧菌时的消毒更多还原
